Right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay and, in in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition comes first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to “Qhands Design, S.L.U.”, Carrer de Sogorb, 136, 08560 Manlleu, Barcelona without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline will be considered met if returns the goods before said period has expired. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

- The supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

Legislation and Jurisdiction

The law applicable to these general conditions of sale, as well as to any controversy relating to this contract, will be Spanish law. Any controversy arising from this contract will be submitted exclusively to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

In the event that the purchasing party is domiciled outside of Spain, or in the case of a sale carried out by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona.

These conditions include the content of the Company Services Law. of information and electronic commerce, Law on the regulation of retail trade and the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, among other related provisions.
